No star is not available, otherwise I would have rated it NO STAR! HORRIBLE PLACE!!! They let you order and take your money and will NEVER FULFILL THE ORDER!!! Their customer service is non existent!!!!!! I Called and called and no one answers!!!!!! This order was for my daughters birthday — she has been looking forward to this!!!!! Such a DISGRACE!!! You should NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE OPEN AT ALL if your service is like this!!!!!

Ordered two arrangements. Both arrangements smelled like cigarette smoke - one didn't have the 40 flowers and 13 balloons. Thankfully someone picked up the phone and refunded me my money. It sucks that this would happen on a special occasion...
Picked up strawberries and flowers for valentines day pre ordered and picked up on valentines day strawberries were frozen and browning flowers had tag left on them with sell by date of February 2nd flowers wilted and half dead returned person at counter blamed seasonal workers and said we have no replacements so not good
Be very careful if you order here. I ordered Chocolate Covered Strawberries after a loved one’s family member died. It never arrived. I called to find out about it and never heard back. Looks like I’m not the only one..
I was extremely upset when my order got here for my husband for Father's Day and most of my order wasn't with it. Had to call the store 5 times and be on hold for at least 10 minutes each time. When they finally answered, they didn't seem to care that I didn't get my total order. Not to mention, the driver told me the manager rushed her out of the store to start delivering and she never checked to make sure everything was there.
