This contractor is responsive, professional, and on time. We had Mike come out on a Saturday and do some repairs to prepare for the sale of our home. He called in advance to be sure our schedules were aligned. He was prepared, and took the time to explain every step before he did it. We'd highly recommend this contractor to anyone in the Sou MD area looking for professional work to be done in/around their home.

Mostly Positive 4 Stars I would recommend them from the good experience that I had with the foreman that was on my site. They built me a roof covered porch with a deck. The people where nice and professional from the office to the field. When they came out to meet with me to go over what I was looking for and what they will do so there were no surprises. The only thing that would of made it easier is that they could have brought samples or booklets of deck board , railing and doors but in the end it came out exactly what I wanted and there were no additional cost. When they started they had a porta john brought out to my site and did all the work out side with out having to come into my house with these times with a pandemic going on. that just made it safer for everyone. They worked hard and picked up and cleaned up everyday. They built a very strong and high quality structure that met and exceed my expectation and it looks great. they fixed most of the little issues that I could find the only other thing that would of made it better would of been a little more communication with reaching out to me with changes in schedule but overall it was a great experience and I am very happy with the out come of the project.
We are always extremely satisfied with the work done by John Krause Construction. Their staff and crew/s always go above and beyond on each one of our projects, big or small, they treat us with the same respect. We highly recommend them to all of our friends and will continue to use them for our own projects.
We had an amazing experience with John Krause Construction. We originally called them because our basement kept getting water in it every time it rained. While they were at our house for the basement waterproofing estimate we had them take a look at our deck and kitchen just to get an idea of the pricing. Once we received the estimate we decided to move forward with all of the work because we were able to get a great deal for doing all of the projects at the same time. We are beyond satisfied with the results and will definitely call them again for any future projects.
Worthless. They will not show up. They will give lame reasons why. A one day job will take months. We have another friend having a larger job that should have been done in a week that has taken almost a year and is still not finished. The quality of their work is terrible. The products are not what we wanted. We had to have another contractor come in to redo everything they did. Complete waste of time and money.
