Sean & team provided wonderful customer service and took good care of my vehicle. I came to get a new set of tires and Sean actually came to me while in the waiting room and notified me that the treads on my tires were still in great shape. Although, I still chose to get the new set of tires as they were a quality upgrade in brands, it was still very nice of him to make me aware before just following through with the service. I live on in the north/northwest suburbs but continue to go to Bloomington Hyundai because of the tremendous service.

The staff are extremely helpful, respectful, friendly, and informative. This is the second car we have leased from Brandon and we are so happy with the service we received. He is so lovely to work with and knowledgeable. Unlike some other dealerships I have been to in the past, Brandon did not blink an eye that I (a woman) was the main decision maker for car purchases or that I wanted to look under the hood of the car. The financial and service staff are terrific as well, very personable and straightforward. I would totally recommend this dealership to my friends and family members.
