I’ve worked with this dealership for years and have bought multiple cars from them and in the past always had a good experience. This is NOT the case anymore. I was inquiring about trading my lease in for a new one.. waited over 2 hours and never saw anything with numbers about what that deal would look like. The sales guy Andy who I’ve worked with for my last two car purchases was busy with another customer and didn’t seem to even want my business. Good thing there are closer Kia dealerships for me to work with in the future.

This is my third dealership in the last 6 years and the best one I've brought my car to be serviced thus far. Both folks I spoke with over the phone to make an appointment were professional and polite. They quoted me an average wait time which to my surprise and delight was on the nose. Communication was stellar. I knew exactly what to expect and when I could pick up my car and was able to plan my day around that. They washed the exterior of my car for me and wiped everything down on the inside (due to COVID precautions). This dealership has most definitely turned my outlook on dealerships to a positive one.
