Other than paying an extra thousand for the car, my experience was very good. Lauryn was very professional. No messing around with heavy sales pushes. Someone needs to buy her business cards. She offered to show me all the bells and whistles. I wish I’d had the time, but had to leave. Fortunately, my K5 is very intuitive, so set up was easy. The sales managers at dealerships are always the tough guys, but Anthony was better than anyone else I met on my car shopping journey. I agreed to 1,000 more than the car is worth truly because I loved the car, and I was exhausted from hyenas from other dealerships. Lauryn respected my call time hours. She made the buying process easy and had everything organized. I bought the K5 EX in Gravity Gray. I never thought I’d buy another gray car, but the paint job is amazingly three-dimensional. Here’s a quick suggestion to KIA, make the K5 EX in Wolf Gray. It’s by far the coolest color out there - even though it’s gray.

Tracey met me when I arrived and took care of everything for me. After my KIA was inspected she explained to me a couple extra service items that weren't done at 30,000 mile checkup and I okayed the work. I had made an appointment for service work listed on a coupon I had received by mail. The charges were over and above the coupon but Tracey told me ahead of time what they would be. Tracey was always been very pleasant and explains what needs to be done. She is very competent and explains the service details with knowledge. When the work was finished, she took me to the desk to pay the bill and then walked me out to my car. That's an extra touch you don't get at other service centers,

My car was scheduled for service the next day. Because of impending snow, I took my car in a day early to make sure I had it there on time. Tracy Rose got my car in and completed all the work b4 closing. She called me and expertly described the needed services with prices. She was there when I checked out and explained all the work to me in detail. She was terrific. I couldn't be more pleased with my service visit.

Nationwide has highly qualified mechanics and a high tech facility that can do any job. I was very impressed with the service consultant, Tracy Rose. She helped me along the entire process having my car towed to the facility, worked the warranty, and replaced my motor. She put a lot of effort working with KIA to ensure my car was covered by the warranty. Tracy and Nationwide exceeded my expectations.
