Regina Pools & Spas is AWESOME! Customer service is INCREDIBLE. Their employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Mary's product knowledge and customer service is extremely impressive - She knows her stuff!!. Mary was able to find me the best Hot Tub for my family. The price was spot on, the delivery was on time and set up was explained thoroughly. HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend!!!

I can't rave enough about how much I love my hot tub from Regina Pools & Spas!!!!! I've had it just over a year now, and the only thing I regret is that I waited so long to get a tub. I would always worry about it being too difficult to maintain, but that couldn't have been further from the truth. Don, Mary, Sam, and the rest of the amazing staff at Regina made my purchasing process a dream; they did what it took to overcome some unique challenges in delivery (I have quite a big hill!), hooked me up with excellent contractors for electric and landscaping and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. My spa maintenance takes about 10 to 15 minutes a week, and it is TOTALLY WORTH IT! I still laugh every time I sink back into my tub as if it's the first time...DON'T WAIT! Get to Regina Pools & Spas and GET THAT HOT TUB!!!!!!

Called and left message for pool designer 7/14/2020 I was told he would call me back that day ( no call back) So I called following day 7/15 only to be told he was busy again & to leave another message. Person I spoke with was the same person both days & had a terrible attitude. I’ll take my 60K business somewhere that appreciates it! No thanks !!!!
