DON’T buy from Luxury Spas. I could just kick myself! I am the “Queen of Reading Reviews!” I never buy anything without looking at the reviews. I didn’t do that this time because my aunt bought a walk in tub from them and hers was fine. I actually bought 2, one for my mom’s house & one a year later when I needed to move her in with me. I’ve had it for 2 years & have the top of the line one with built in radio & water jets! An annoying sound starts to come from the radio & 2 electricians later, I discovered it came from the panel under the radio. The company is no help, barely responding via email only. Don’t let the pretty website fool you! When you call the number on the site, you get some Indian call center trying to sell you gift cards! I called the local number on the site & the recording tells you to email the sales department. That department consists of 1 guy named Jeremy who just strings you along & doesn’t offer to send you parts or an actual manual. I don’t even think they have a manual for their products! They are basically “the face” of the manufacturer, which is based in China!! Forget your 5 year warranty, because they won’t honor it. Lesson learned: Never buy an expensive item via an online company. Go to a brick & mortar store, just in case you have problems with the product AND ALWAYS read the reviews!!

SCAM Beware this is not a business. They will ask for your card info over the phone which is clearly a read flag.
I am so upset with this company a waste of 5000 that I paid, it took a year to get it to work, they never answered the phone and gave me the run around, no-one knew who to install or make it work, they sent me extra parts that made me think they were trying to help so then after almost 18 months it still didnt work. I complained to better business bureau and they sent me to the Ohio BBB, then I had to get in contact with the district attorney there and then he refused to follow through. So after paying another 5000 for people to build the unit, plumb, and figure out issues I have paid 10000 for something that will never work and in addition, it is located at my business so I have not been able to do a thing with the room it is in. A complete dishonest nightmare of a company, I was so patient as I really wanted it to work having invested so much into the steam room and install etc. What can I do? Even selling it is crazy as it does not work properly and it is glass, someone would then have to uninstall it.
Definitely a scammer, try to contact them by phone and email, never received a reply. Not sure whether they are still in business.
I bought a steam shower from luxury spas. There is absolutely no customer service.
OK. Yes, we had a rough start to our installation on our 302R walk in tub. We were sadly ignorant of many things when we undertook this project. I believe that Luxury Spas Inc. deserves a thumbs up at handling and quelling our anxieties. The tub itself is spectacular, has all the bells & whistles, more than most in the industry for a reasonable price. I give it 3 stars because we have not owned it more than 1 month. We did need a part, as part of the our deal and had to wait longer than I wanted to. They DID come through. If you choose to go with Luxury Spas Inc. (I say they are a safe bet) they are manufactured in China and wait time is inevitable on parts and stock, that being said I say go for it. Jeremy & Rhoda of Luxury Spas Inc. ALWAYS called back, there was never a time when they did not communicate with us. A U.S. business representing a product made overseas is never easy, but they are offering a good product at a price point that the average joe can afford. The warranty is better than some higher priced units being offered. And O MY!!! the bubbles are wonderful.
I bought OW-T53 Top Hydro Shower (only providing a review on this specific unit) about 5 years ago..... and it went in without a hitch. Easy to assemble and install. I bought this specific unit because the bathroom was a remodel in the basement and the drain was not line up with the majority of the units that I looked at. I did some research and folks complained that the floor gave out these type of units after a year or two for normal size folks that utilize it. I talked to my father, a general contractor, and he suggested that I put a can of spray foam in underneath to help give the floor additional support (understanding that if you have to take the base up, it will be a mess... but hey it is the basement). Installed it, put in the spray, and 5 years later (daily use by 6'4" 240lb man), no real issue (anyone 6'5" and over... too tall for unit). Other than running Drano down the drain every 4 months for hair slowing the drain, and the shower head handle grip being worn down on the handle so that you can't precisely angle the water when you put it in the shower head holder (due to the pressure of the water turning the head when the water is on) ..... I have no complaints. Been meaning to right this review for about 2 years.
I bought the E28 Steam shower whirlpool tub, paid someone to install for me. Since then some of the parts have broken and these people do not answer their phone and they do not respond to any e-mails. I have left several messages on their answering machine, but no one ever calls back. Do not buy if you want a product that you will be able to get parts for.
