Can't think of a better place to move in downtown Oakland. It has been less than a week since we moved in and I don't see myself living anywhere else! With a great location between Bart and Lake Merrit, the amenities and the brand new apartments if feels like living in a hotel with the convenience and warmth of a home. The whole team have been super helpful going above and beyond. Starting on the tour day and still now, they have been solving all our questions, responding to our suggestions, etc. Special shout out to Molly and Paul!

We just moved in and absolutely love it so far! Gorgeous amenities and such a supportive, caring, and communicative staff! Paul & the entire leasing team have been a dream to work with, from answering our many (many!) questions through to helping us get set up and making the entire move-in process a breeze. We love our new home!!
Beyond its convenient location (close to BART/freeway) and great amenities (gym, rooftop patio, business center, etc.), what really sets this place apart is the people! Can't say enough good things about the Holland Residential Team managing the Lydian! Everyone from the front desk staff to the maintenance team members has always been super friendly, responsive, and helpful. We were worried that there be lots of little pain points being some of the first residents in a new building, but you guys have really gone out of your way to make this place an excellent place to live :) Special shoutout to Molly who has assisted us every step along the way from our initial tour until now!
