A 200 dollar charge shows up on my account from Lyft and I haven't used them in months because it's usually more expensive than Uber and takes longer for drivers to show up. They required me to correspond through email only even though I requested someone to call me multiple times. The email responses are automated and not helpful. I sent them screen shots of the charge several times (because they kept asking me to resend) and after 3 days and 15 useless emails back and forth no one was able to tell me anything about the 200 charge or even confirm receipt of the attachment I kept sending. When it comes to customer service, Lyft is loud and clear that they don't give a #!%

I used Lyft to get my kids to school and the price was 7.00 bucks and I get a receipt to day saying it cost nine bucks. That's like stealing in my book. The driver Steve is not a good driver. Kia Spectra. That's the car. I am very unhappy with the service that was given to me. I am switching!!!!!
