We have called multiple times to transfer the name of the account and to get our propane filled. We were first told by an older gentleman to call back for the female clerk to transfer the name and to request the fill on our tank, we did the next day. The same gentleman answered the phone and stated she once again was not in due to the snow, which I completely understand. He took our name and phone number for her to call us that same day. It has now been four days since that call and have heard nothing from the clerk. Today is Saturday and they are closed and we were promised to have our tank full by Thursday or Friday. We have yet to have that completed as well!! It is supposed to be bad and very cold for the winter storm hitting us on Monday. My husband goes out to check our tank and it only it only has a little left in it. How are we supposed to heat our house with our children? No after number listed on the website! Poor business!! Thank you for replying back. I reached out on the Facebook page. Lykins did come out and filled our tank today once I posted my rant. I greatly appreciate them taking the extra effort and making us warm! I hope in the future we can work together peacefully and continue our business with this company! Thank you to all who were involved!!
