Buying a new car is largely how you feel driving it, but also how you feel at the place you are buying it. I walked into Reynolds and immediately I was struck by how nice everyone was, how clean and welcoming it was. How happy everyone seemed! It made me want to be apart of their family, and loving the Subaru Forester cinched the decision to buy from them and keep coming back.
This is our second Subaru in 12 months from Reynolds. We had a great experience. In both cases we test drove with zero pressure. The pricing for cars is clearly listed in their website. The first car ( Forester ) we purchased walking into the showroom first. The second ( Outback ) we purchased by submitting an online request for a test drive. Both salespeople ( Sandy and Chris ) were great to work with and walked us through the sales process without making us feel pressured. Financing was simple and they explained the options for warranties. We wound up getting prepaid service because it was hard not to imagine spending some time out on their back deck in the summer as the cars are maintained. We’ve had the Forester about 8 months with no problems. We’ve been back for service and they were prompt and attentive. These cars have a lot of features so be prepared to spend a little time getting to know the options before you visit so you can choose the best model for you.
Great experience with all. Annette was my sales person and Keith helped with financials. Everyone was so accommodating. I was provided with lots of info without pressure. I am in love with my legacy. I would highly recommend Reynolds Suburu!
Reynolds Subaru is a delight. They are knowledgeable, friendly and (best of all) they do not pressure customers to make big decisions before they are ready. My salesperson, Sandy, really listened to what I needed and wanted and helped me crunch the numbers to make it work.
