We went to rent a piece of equipment and asked for help with delivery...They thought they had me on hold and I overheard them saying\Hell no\. Never dealt with them and apparently never will..this is horrible customer service skills!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone because there is no telling what they are saying about their customers!!!

I'm the pastor of a small church in Bedford. Aztec Rental in Lynchburg was a big help to our Church when we needed to rent a large 20' x 40' tent for our 'Walk Through Bethlehem' Christmas event! Kim was extremely pleasant in providing us with all of the information that we needed and took the time to answer all of our questions. As the event drew near the weather forecast was calling for bad weather the day we wanted to set the tent up but Kim and Aztec graciously worked with us so that we could set the tent up just before the rains set in! They have been extremely pleasant to work with and have gone the extra mile to help us out! We look forward to working with them again as their services are allowing our Church events to provide more for our community.

My husband sent me to get a tiller. Of course I am concerned I have no clue or strength for this type of errand! Thanks to Charles for a wonderful experience! He went above and beyond! Great customer service!
For years we've rented smaller tents from Aztec Lynchburg, that we've put up ourselves. This was the first time we had a big one that they put up. As usual, we had excellent service from Sarah, Kim, and Mary during the ordering process. Dalton, Ryan, and Dustin did an excellent job of putting the tent up in less than optimal weather. Charles and Matt took it down in record time. Some people might consider the young men a bit casual, but we found them very friendly and helpful, and the result was very professional. They fit our style perfectly. Aztec also has the most liberal cancellation policy of any of the (many) rental places I contacted. Thank you for contributing to a great party! We will definitely rent from you again!
