I have never bought a car from this dealership. Have had 2 of our cars serviced there. The customer service in service department is wonderful they make you feel like they are doing a quality job and not ripping you off. They do have deal prices but ive never been over sold something or felt stuoid for asking a question. I will continue to do oil changes there
There's so much to say about my recent experience here but I'll keep it short and sweet. Simply put, Mironda is absolutely amazing! I have bought a lot of cars and by far, working with her was second to none. She was knowledgeable, passionate, engaging, and patient when I was indecisive. Additionally, the team dynamic of the dealership and her boss, was refreshing to watch. I know excellent service when I see it - Mironda, and the entire Berglund team have it!
