Without naming names, the person who organized our times and dates ...obviously did not have very good communication with the people he was dealing with, ...say one thing mean another. And this person NEVER answered their calls!!! Was live in our home, and was expecting things to run smoothly, ..the cabinet man was supposedly d to be here at 7:00am....didn't show, didn't call!!! We are really disappointed....will never deal with these folks again....wish I would have went to Lowes!!!!

Bought some wood here. The salesman was pretty unhelpful and the price was high. Decent selection though, no better or worse than the big chain stores.

We had ProBuild design our kitchen. It was quite a bit more than we thought it would cost (we were going to use a chain store). When we ordered the cabinets we were told to put the flooring down first. The cabinets came into ProBuild before we could get our floor guy so ProBuild said that we could just install them without having the flooring under the cabinets. We had already purchased all the tiles so that it would be under the cabinets. We were upset that they kept changing their mind. The cabinets came in and were installed but the installer broke 4 drawers but did not tell anyone. They left their boxes, etc. on the patio. One of the installers had a friend stop by and was visiting him in our house, not cool. Then when the counter was suppose to be ordered and installed the counter people apparently didn't communicate with ProBuild and there were issues. We had to wait 2 more weeks to get counters. Then problems again. The template was done correctly so they had to cut a back spash. Wait another week. New drawers were brought in to replace the broken one and one of the drawers was still broken. One of the glass cabinet drawers was missing paint so they ordered a new one. Two weeks later we are still waiting for the drawer and door. Basically we have been without a kitchen for almost 2 1/2months. After looking at the cost of cabinets at Home Depot and the quality of their cabinets, I really don't see where the quality and customer service is any better to warrant the expensive ones.
