If I could rate a 0 I would. The owner was very rude, in her domineer, and way of talking. Poor service and did not give any attention to customers. A lot of the stuff was priced at average eBay selling prices, and a lot of the higher end video games and game consoles were over priced. Upon further investigation, of said high end consoles they were being sold at listing prices but in terrible, physical condition. Wanted 230 for a jungle green N64 with a third party controller, and expansion pack, but was riddled with thick layers of dust and dead roaches in the interior. And will not negotiate price, even if current condition is not accurate to price. Will NEVER go there again. And the daughter was a doll. I feel sorry for the way her mom treats her in front of customers, and I feel pity for her when she returns home behind closed doors. She stated “her prices are fair, that she’s been online selling for 30 years” but has been on Vaarrests.org, for selling stolen items for 6 years.

I recently purchased a record at the store for 20, I went home to realize that one of the two LP's was not included. This was annoying due to the fact that I was not informed of it missing (it was wrapped in plastic, so opening it was to find out was not an option). So I took the record back for a return only to be told that I couldn't receive money back, but instead receive store credit. This wouldn't be an issue for me if I purchased the record knowing that the 1 of the 2 LP's were not included. So reluctantly I accepted the return only to see later that it was a store credit for 10. I immediately took it back to the store to which they told me that it was the original price of the record. Only after I showed her my receipt did she say that she was in the wrong. Ultimately in the end, I only received 19 out of my 20 total purchase, because of \tax reasons.\ However, on the past incorrect return she gave me the full price of what she believed the record was (10). So why was tax not taken off my original return? In the end, it shows how little they care for the customer, but instead only care about lining their pockets.

Always pushing religion on you, always offers lowest price on trade ins, over charges and store is gross. I won't ever go there again.
