Had lunch there today with a baby screaming full blast the entire time next to my table. The waiter ran my order through wrong (fried instead of grilled), then 20 min later said it will take some time to get the correct order out. Correct order came out another 30 min later while being entertained by the screaming child. \Anything else?\ he asked. I said, \can I have some salt & pepper please?\ 15-20 min later... I finished my meal then he shows up with salt & pepper after walking past me 3x for other people's orders. The waiter could have at least brought us cornbread while we waited 50 min. That reminds me, we both order cornbread and got biscuits and cornbread instead, that makes 3 items wrong.

Carryout is always a bad experience for me. I place the order over the phone and get there in time just to wait 20 minutes while my food sits at the counter getting cold. Not to mention the 10 minute hold I was on for no reason because prior to me placing the order I asked if there was a wait time... I can understand if something like this happens every now and then due to being busy or whatever the case may be, but and every time thing is simply not okay. Very displeasing.
Went with a big group of friends and Hannah, our waitress, did a fantastic job keeping up with our orders! She was so cheerful even though we went pretty close to closing. The food was great like always! Their chicken fried chicken is better than the one at Texas Road House.
Absolutely loved it! The atmosphere of course is super cool and unique, the Country Fried Shrimp was fantastic in every sense of the word, and our server, Kelsey, (hope I spelled that right) was wonderful! This was my first time to any Cracker Barrel and I would highly recommend!
Consistently good food. Obviously this is not a “five star resturant” but it gets five stars in the context of Cracker Barrels. I’ve been to a number of Cracker Barrels all over the south and this location is right on par with what you’d expect at any good Cracker Barrel. We’ve even done a few of their “hot & ready” holiday meals and those were very good as well.
