I had the most amazing experience working with Home Instead. From Karen Jones who managed the scheduling and became an incredible support for me and my family, to the caregivers, especially Shelly Hicks, who anticipated my mother-in-law's every need before she even thought of it herself; this organization was like no other. Absolutely everyone I dealt with, from the receptionist to the president, were committed to helping us. An incredibly caring, efficient, not-trying-to-get-every-dime-out-of-you place, Home Instead was the best of three service providers with whom I engaged. I cannot say enough about them, nor can I adequately express what a difference they made in my life, and in the life of my dying mother-in-law who was so sad to know that she was dying. I recommend Home Instead without reservation.

Great caregivers. Good response to the need of the day!
Everyone from the informational meeting to actual caregiver is really nice and supportive. It's great that they have a vast knowledge of Alzheimer's behaviors and can adjust care to those behaviors. They professionally handle changes in care for unexpected time changes. We have only had a few visits and I am so impressed how they focus on my mother during their time at the house as well as assisting in light housework. Makes coming home so much better as I have had time to myself and a straightened up house to boot! Love Home Instead.
