The line for pickup can be obnoxiously long. Furthermore, if you pre-pay for your postage, you have to wait in the pick-up counter, as opposed to most post offices where you can just drop it off on the counter. They have an outgoing counter, but prepaid postage has to be taken to the counter that students line up at to pick-up their incoming packages. Lastly, once you do wait in line and get to the counter, you have to answer a couple questions and sign for it. This process should be quick and painless, but it takes unncessarily long.
