I have gone here twice now and enjoyed both trips. The aesthetics of the restaurant are pretty alone, but combined with the teacups and window light make it even more attractive. I love the bottomless teapots and the food is delicious. My favourite dessert so far has been the sticky toffee pudding! It was warm and sweet. On the savory side, the curry chicken and cottage pie were also phenomenal.

We had our wedding reception at the PloughCroft and the service was exceptional and the food excellent! The atmosphere was much like something out of Downton Abbey, We definitely recommend this very special English Tea Room.
Ive had my share of afternoon teas and this was okay. A good selection of about 5 teas with different types os afternoon teas from 950 pp to 35 for two people. The short bread is very good with a chocolate square on top. The devon cream or clotted cream as I've had before wasnt what I expected it to be and the scones were not what I expected. The tea was very good! Cute shop but I'd probably not go again
This tea house is so cute, the food and tea was great and so was their customer service.
I loved every single thing about my experience here. It feels very intimate like many of the tea rooms I've visited in England. Free tea this month, and it was only 12 for my delicious chicken & mushroom pie with a side salad. It was the perfect serving size for me.
