As a homeowner who lives in an association managed by Priority One, I submitted an initial request for deck maintenance to the property manager on April 2nd. After two weeks passed, I inquired on the status and was told the repairs would be completed within 7-10 days. After a month passed with no repairs, I reached back out on May 2nd. Workers showed up on my back deck the morning of May 4th, with no notice they would be present for repairs. On May 12th, I sent another email with pictures documenting maintenance issues that weren’t resolved or worsened since the May 4th repair. I received a reply acknowledging the needed repairs. Almost two months passed and the boards were only continuing to separate. On July 7th, I created a second formal maintenance request (since the informal one made on May 12th had not progressed) with additional updated pictures. I received a reply that evening stating, “It appears additional repairs may be needed for your deck.” It is now July 29th, I have received written confirmation from the property manager twice (May 12th and July 7th) that my deck does need repairs, yet eleven weeks have passed and my maintenance request is still open.

We have lived at the 148 New Towne property, and we have never experienced any issues with the Priority One management team. We really enjoyed living there, and the neighborhood and location were great! We loved the privacy and the big yard! The home was always properly maintained when necessary and the management team was always very responsive to requests.
This has been the worse leasing office i have experienced. There customer service is terrible and they are very hard to work with. It takes them days to respond to a maintenance request and they dont even call you to tell you what has been fixed. They did not give me back any of my deposit when nothing was damaged in the apartment. It just needed basic cleaning that ALL leasing companies have to do before someone else moves in. *UPDATE: after speaking with the manager, he was willing to work with me and credit me some of my deposit back. While I am still disappointed with my experience, I am thankful and pleased they were at least able to work with me after
Our time living in our townhome was great and we truly had no complaints until move out. I am not sure if it was simple disorganization or what happened, but we paid our final move out amount for damages (which was a reasonable amount charged for wear and tear in the apartment), 14 days before it was due. Then we received a letter from a lawyer’s office indicating that we still owed the amount in addition to 75 of fees from the lawyers office. It was a hassle to get the matter straightened out, and was just very upsetting considering we paid the amount owed so far ahead of the due date. I emailed the office and called the office with my complaints and did not receive an answer, so I am not sure what happened that caused them to contact a lawyer regarding a bill which was paid early
