The service tech was very good, upfront and informative. The whole experience with Sears was absolutely awful. This is the second appliance in three years that broke down. The washer was less than two years old and broke down. When I contacted Sears about the situation, first the operator could barely speak the English language. Next they did not have any record of my purchase when I bought it directly from Sears two weeks before they closed the store. My fault for not keeping the receipt on file. I use to buy from Sears because they stood behind their products. Those days are gone. I made sure when I purchased a new washing machine it had nothing to do with Sears. I will let anyone who asks how disappointed I was in Sears and relate my whole experience.

Called about refrigerator not working. Arrived on time, but the quote was out of bounds. 200 for a part and 400 for labor (less than a 40 minute job). Ended up purchasing the part elsewhere for cheaper and installed myself in less that 15 min. Saved 450. Ridiculously expensive and bordering on thievery. Would not recommend
Useless I will never use them.
