I highly recommend buying a machine from Sew Simple. This is my second major purchase and my experience there was the best!!! Everywhere you turn in the store the displays were very attractive to the eye. The Staff could not be better!!! They were very informative and helpful, but never pushy. It was like shopping with a friend! Janome is the way to go!!! If you want honesty, sincerity, and that mom & pop feel in shopping,,,,, this is the place to go!

These folks are great! So, its Friday night before Christmas weekend and we have a sewing machine that won't work. We arrive late in the day and one of the owners is there. Eric found a few issues and did a repair plus a tutorial on how to thread a bobbin properly! Our Christmas quilting was saved by an awesome gent! We are certainly hoping to take advantage of classes and other resources you have at sew simple!

I've been following Amy online for several years. I've recently started visiting her shop for its outstanding selection of Glide thread. It is one of my favorite places to shop. The staff is polite and helpful, the store is well stocked, and they're regularly adding new fabrics. Always an enjoyable trip. They also have a rewards program for dedicated shoppers.
