VERY DISAPPOINTED!! We had been using them for years in our family, emailed a request for propane, they came and filled my tank they charged 4.749 a gallon!!!!!! The internet said going rate for our area was 3.06 for that day!! So I did my homework and contacted other local companies, they couldn't believe what they had charged me!!! Also last summer they came by the house and my tank was already full, they had put me on auto refill, they charged me 55 just because they came by, and I knew good and well they just didnt drive out my way for us, my gas logs had messed up , that's why we hadn't needed gas!!! The years before last year and this year they had been great, must have new management, when the tank I rent from them empties they will be coming to get it !!! If I wanted to be robbed I would go to a it city where it happens every day!!! I think they need to be investigated to see if they are doing this to a lot of other People!! Hope they are not doing the elderly this way!!
