I have heard the employees and security are extremely weird at the Wards Rd Target... it’s true. They’re weird and also creepy. My wife video called me while inside the store to make sure she bought me the right item. A security guard approached her and told her they have a no picture policy. She tried to explain she was video chatting with me to make sure she buys the right thing...but they didn’t listen. The security threatened her by saying “We’ll call the police if you don’t put your phone away”.... Crazy.

The store has recently been renovatrd and it looks nice. They have also added a Starbucks as you enter the store. The store is clean and well organized and the staff is super friendly. Only complaint it was very busy and they needed more checkouts open
I was buying toys for charity. Great selection, pricing, and discounts. The children will enjoy the quality. I got everything for 11 children. Happy. I asked about an additional discount for the charity and was told none was offered. Kinda sad about that.
Quick stop to pickup one of Lillie's refills. Easy in and easy out no long wait time or long lines if you are making a quick pharmacy trip.
Shelby, sales associate went above and beyond to help me find a Christmas gift - I found a JoJo dress in the little girls section and they had only one left (not in my niece’s size) Shelby checked online to see if they had any available - no luck. She said let me check the dressing room to see if anybody put one back - she found the exact item and size I needed - I wiped away tears as I left the section. This type of employee makes the difference. The store is clean, well stocked, clutter free and has additional services to keep their customers safe and healthy.. (Target offers masks, hand sanitizer and has an associate wiping down carts before and after use)
