Hurt & Proffitt held their annual Christmas Party at the Timberlake Tavern in 2019 and we were extremely pleased with the venue. It is very intimate, decorated lovely and the staff were wonderful to work with. The food was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend The Timberlake Tavern.
My husband and I recently had our wedding reception at this venue! It is truly a hidden gem. We loved the intimate setting and it was plenty of space for our 115 guests. Jennifer and Sharon are the two event coordinators I had the most contact with and they were very friendly, organized, helpful, and flexible! Our guests especially loved the huge wrap around porch with fans and string lights throughout. The cost is great for what is included in this venue. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking in the Lynchburg area.
This is a great place for any event. It is large enough for a big wedding and cozy enough for a family reunion. It is in a great location right near the lake and it is great for pictures! The staff is so nice and very responsive to requests. I highly recommend it!
I strongly recommend Timberlake Tavern - 100 stars if I could. If you are getting married - Book HERE! You wont regret it. Jennifer was wonderful work with helpful and making our day perfect. She's now, someone we would consider a friend.
