Not impressed. Was recommended by a friend based on their great past experience. Communication with Dan was terrible, he could never be reached and was the worse about trying to schedule for them to come out and get a test sample. We were in the process of selling our home and had to push back the closing date due to them not being able to get the tests done that they said they would. On top of that they took two months to bill us and it was double the amount they had started before... Never again.

NW Water Treatment is a solid company that does top notch work, Tyler came out, fully prepared and all the parts on hand, finished the job in really good time. The quality of the work was excellent and as requested he kept the piping and vessels in my pump house orderly and clean looking. This is the second time I have needed NW Water to do maintenance on my well system, which is an industrial RO set up and the work prior, 8 years ago, was quality work as well. I only needed them again due to a bladder failure in my pressure tank which is expected after almost a decade of use with extremely brackish water. A past review stated that Dan was a difficult person or maybe a bit forward but I personally had no issue with Dan or anyone on his team. I would highly recommend Dan and his team for any well issues you may have. Thanks again for your assistance NW Water, Cary

I have called this company 3 times to set up an appointment for an estimate. Each time I talked to someone and they said they would call me back to set up an appointment. My first call was a month ago, and I still haven't heard back.
