Retained Positive Space (Sandra) in July to stage 4500SF home in Semiahmoo. Sold 6 weeks later at full price! Great design and execution. Had 5 times the foot traffic experience in 3 prior years of the selling season. Highly recommend !!

Sandra was Amazing! She came to our remote location on San Juan Island to stage our mostly empty home. She transformed the space and made it warm and inviting. We had previously listed our home, this time with her help we got much more interest, the showings lasted a long time allowing potential buyers to relax and enjoy the space. I believe that contributed to us getting an offer within 90 days and for a considerable amount higher than the realtors all expected. She used far more inventory on our home than she charged us, really making sure our place looked it’s very best. We are very grateful for her hard work, excellent communication and for going above and beyond. Don’t wait as long as we did to get staging. It really made a huge difference and totally worth the expense. Thanks Sandra!

We had the privilege of working with Sandra and her team on the staging of our home this spring. She consulted with us throughout the staging process including paint selection, furniture layout, and overall design. We worked together to brand the house to appeal to the largest consumer market and the result was a successful sale well over asking price. Sandra then worked with us on design for our new home and utilized her vast resources to save us a great deal of money while insuring that we had the highest quality furniture and decor. My vacant apartment was listed for 4 months on MLS before I reached out to Sandra. After Sandra did her magic, the apartment sold for asking price in 5 days! I was very pleased with the services Sandra provided. She brought a team of respectful staff and had a keen eye for details. For example, she decided the original sofa she ordered wasn't exactly what she wanted, so she loaded it back up on the truck and brought another one within an hour. Also, during the staging process, she and her staff went shopping at local stores to purchase plants, spice jars, various spices and knick-knacks to decorate the kitchen. Sandra was attentive, easy to work with and generous with her time. I have absolutely no regrets and highly recommend her to anyone thinking about staging their property.
