I called and was told we can come right in. We had Alyssa help us. She was above and beyond wonderful with my two daughters. She kept pulling dresses and colors. She was very informative, even offered to bring out the seem stress to answer any of our questions. Alyssa didn’t rush us, she took her time and couldn’t be any more helpful! My daughters are both petite and she pulled perfect dresses for them. I highly recommend her for looking for your dress!

I scheduled an appointment in advance for my bridal party to look at bridesmaid dresses. I also confirmed my appointment with an employee via phone the day before our appointment. When we arrived at the appointment, we were told to start looking at dresses we were interested and that a stylist would be with us shortly. After some time we were told which dressing rooms would be ours but were never helped. We began to try on dresses on our own, but were not assisted with pinning or clipping the dresses by a stylist. After around 1 hour and 15 minutes, ( which is roughly how long the appointment is scheduled for) we left without ever being seen by a stylist. The only assistance we received was from an associate working the front desk who placed our names on the dressing room doors. The store was clean and organized, which was the only redeemable point of this visit.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My experience here was great! I am a plus size bride that don't normally wear dresses or dress up at all. I was overwhelmed walking in the store but my stylist eased my concerns quickly. She narrowed the search to three dresses. The third dress I put on caught my eye but it was something missing. Once again my stylist came to my rescue. She paired the dress with the perfect belt, necklace and veil and I was sold. They also offer layaway and a credit program to help cushion the price.(which was much cheaper than I expected)
They were super rude when we walked in. Apparently, if you don't have an appointment, you are not welcome to try on dresses. Fortunately, I could manage on my own and wandered anyways. Don't ask if they have coupons. They will lie and say o\. Even if you are holding a coupon book filled with valid coupons. I walked out empty handed and I Will Never Go Back.
