Brad and his fellow employees were able to match my cracked light fixture in my brand new home. Brad was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Out of sheer ignorance, I thought it would be as easy as walking into any hardware store to get a replacement. I will always take my needs to Lighting by Lavonne and am grateful I was pointed in their direction in the first place!!

I ordered over 5,000 of beautiful exterior specialty fixtures that Lighting by Lavonne bragged had a 5 year guarantee on the flickering LED bulbs. 2 bulbs out in less than 1st year. It's a real hassle to get the sales rep to replace. I've been without the 2nd bulb for over 2 months now. The old days of just going and buying another bulb from Lowe's might be better. Problem now is these fixtures don't have bulbs that can be bought at Lowe's.
