Edit. Sarah from the leasing office really does go the distance for you. She gone thre my 3 years of being here and fix all the discrepancy. Thanks for actually following threw with what u say u going to do. You making my move out process better. Thanks for my move out sheet it actually helpful . Aug Here the move in ready condition of my apartment. There's a lot more photos than this. Here's how they maintain their Apartments. Due to being attacked by one of the residents I had to move to another apartment. I didn't see the apartment before I moved here my move in photos. They told me it was an updated apartment. Due to The Cove they really couldn't do much about the other residents that attacked me. I've not only had my heater replaced and sliding glass door. I've had a piece of wood chunk with nail hit me in the head from the building. Dry rotted wood on balcony and stairs going up .

This is an ideal community. The staff is excellent. Chloe and Sarah are exceptional. The maintenance staff is always courteous and prompt. Super pet friendly with Pioneer park as basically part of the property. Minutes from Alderewood Mall, Costco, Target, and a number of restaurants.

Would be nice to not have to go threw Huge puddle to get to my apartment. Moving out was a nightmare.

The apartments are very affordable, clean and the community is welcoming. The office staff is excellent!! I can’t speak highly enough about them, Chloe, Michelle, and everyone has gone above and beyond to do all they can to go out of their way to accommodate our family. Vincent is a rockstar Maintenance man! He is a gem!

Where to begin? The entire complex is out dated including the gym/hot tub/pool. The grass is constantly over flooding with huge puddles even on the walkways. On the inside, the wood of the apartments is really old and cracks easily. Not to mention the ginormous spider infestation.

I haven't had a chance to enjoy the amenities due to covid-19 closures but they seem like they will be nice when reopened. The park is nice for some outdoor recreation. Apartments themselves are maintained to am acceptable standard but I wouldn't call them high end or luxury. Overall a decent place to live temporarily.

I don’t know why the office have no one answer the phone at all, when they said they are open. It makes me feel like they can’t take care of the residents if residents need anything.
