While we strive to create the next wave of elite professional athletes, our ultimate goal is to develop people of strong moral character - a mindset that will remain with them long beyond their playing days. We have developed a methodology known as the Diamond Principles that feature four functional areas: Strength (1), Skills (2), Mindset (3), and ultimately Character (4).
