Sadly, this business is ran by people who do not go the extra mile for the owner. Sam Miller seems like her heart is in the right place, but her son is on here posting reviews that are severely biased. She put him in charge, first mistake. He makes zero presence in the day-to-day operations. Over the years, Careforce has gone downhill more and more. The communication has always lacked, but the worst part is the pandemic has allowed office staff to slack off and the clients suffer. I wouldn’t let my parents be under the care of Careforce for the many awful things I have seen done by caregivers and I suggest you look elsewhere for care.

Rose and Miriam are the caregivers from CareForce that take care of our parents. They are wonderful! I don't know what we would do without them! They are patient, kind, and proactive! The owner, Sam Miller, is also very engaged in the work CareForce does and calls with updates when needed.
I really do enjoy Careforce !
What a great team , Susan , Pauline and Natasha are the best caregivers. They have become family. Taking such great care of our Mom. Can’t say enough about how trilled we are with the care. Thank you so much Jim and Pam Fattore
I have been with careforce two and half years. I am very lucky to have one caregiver for most of that time. All the caregivers they have sent were very nice and experienced. l found careforce does work to make sure client needs are meet. My caregiver Ignes Emor has been with me for over two years, she is dependable and alway pleasant and willing to help me with what ever needs i have. She knows what I need help with many times before l do. She is always aware for my safety. And she is a good companion. I am able to stay in my home with her help and care that address my needs.
