Man where to start. If only all businesses worked like this. At the point of contacting them, the customer service was exceptional and prompt. They were very professional and detail oriented while working around me and my business schedule. No trying to upsell and gave me what I needed. They get it, it's this easy! Thanks again guys.

As recently as the fall of 2019 our business had real issues with the customer service team. Whether it was being non responsive, unable to answer basic questions, or dismissive, it was a hassle to deal with them via phone or email and our company almost switched to another company. Now in 2020, I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with customer service. They are quick to respond, have answers to questions and can walk me through basic issues that our fire panel was having. A very refreshing and a far cry from a few months ago. They were able to send techs out to fix a constant alarm issue the same day we called them. The service techs we've had have been great! Knowledgeable, thorough, fast and professional. They were cheery and a pleasure to work with. Five star rating as of January 2020 and glad we did not switch.

We hired FPI to install a new fire alarm panel, complete the state required testing of our fire and safety systems, and take over monitoring the fire system. They are professional, personable, and responsive in a timely fashion. When we have had issues with our system they were quick to come out and fix the issues. FPI is up front about the costs as well. Everyone I have dealt with related to FPI has been amazing! Thank you FPI for your outstanding work!
