I had placed an online order, but had never done so before, so I didn't know it could take a whole day. I tried to call, but they were very obviously busy, and I got forgotten on hold twice. 5 stars? Here's why. When I went in to see what was going on with my order, the cashier on register 6 was very helpful in explaining the system to me, then she got a manager, Jess, to check if my order was being shopped, or let me cancel so I could shop it. Jess said my items were ready and shopped it right then for me. She then gave me some awesome tips and resources for my resin work (I'm a novice with this medium.) So helpful and kind when the didn't have to do this. Above and beyond. Thanks ladies.

This store has been doing an exceptional job keeping up with pandemic craft rushes and holiday madness. The employees are doing an excellent job. You may not find what you need right now. But I definitely can say you won't be disappointed.

The store is great, they always have what I'm looking for. I wish when there are 12 customers waiting for fabric to be sheared, that 2 of the 3 young ladies cutting not take their break at the same time. They lost a few customers that day.
