The staff was amazing in helping me buy a new bass. However, even when I was certain of the bass I was going to buy, the salesman kept pushing me with deals on another bass I was trying for future reference. Also, when I went in for a saxophone problem that had been troubling me for quite a while, they said that it was fine, but another shop found multiple issues and was able to fix them. Overall, this store is quite professional, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I ordered a pre-owned mixer online and had it shipped to New Jersey where I live. Ryan communicated with me quickly and pleasantly every step of the way.
