This is the worst dealership I have ever had to use. My 2018 Sprinter van roof started leaking about a year ago from the antenna(this is a common issue from what Ive seen online) and we finally had time to bring it in to get it fixed last week. Brandon Taylor of the service department called me back and told me it would cost in the 900 range to replace the antenna. When I reminded him that it was under warranty(he conveniently forgot) he said he would order it in to replace it. The next week he called back to say there was body damage on the roof of van so they could not replace it, even though this is a van I bought new in 2018 and there has been no damage to the roof and the small ding under the antenna appeared to be from the factory. I'm a member of NECA(national electrical contractors association) and I guarantee no other contractor I talk to in the future will buy a fleet vehicle from Mercedes in Lynnwood. This dealership is the worst go anywhere else but here.

Do not go here. Went for an airbag recall and they damaged my vehicle. Denied it and refused to help. Worst experience with Mercedes. Next time I will drive all the way to Tacoma where I know they will take care of me. I will start the process with corporate to get this taken care of... Photos are before and after
We bought a 2020 E350 4Matic from John Bang the day after Christmas. John is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He even delivered the car to our house, set up the garage door open and connected my wife's cell phone to the car for her! He emailed us YouTube links so we can learn more about all those fancy features of this very nice car at our own pace - he told us to call him if and when we have questions about the car. We definitely will buy another car from John!
Just left MB service department. I had a jammed seatbelt I thought would be overnight to fix since today’s the busiest day. Josh was able to determine how to fix the issue and in less than 10 minutes I got my car back. Soo happy and saved me money. Thank you!
Had a great experience at this Benz Dealership. Got a great deal on brand new GLC 2020 I was after. Excellent communication, fast services and laid back environment. I’m a happy customer. Special shout-out to John Bang for being patient with all my queries and providing a wonderful experience.
