This place was awesome! I called a lot of places to price the service for an oil change. Nobody had the customer service like Midas of Lynnwood. Not going to lie, I called them 3 different times on different days. The first to check the price. The second to make an appointment (which I missed because of work) and the third to make another appointment. They were so friendly EACH time. I couldn’t believe the consistency. I found a coupon for somewhere else that was cheaper (their normal prices are already the best) but I decided to give Midas my business and not use the coupon I found because something has to be said for fantastic service. They were incredibly fast while I waited there. Very nice group of guys and thank you for treating me like a customer and not a “girl who doesn’t know anything” like most places do. Super pleasant experience

I found the staff very understanding, friendly and helpful. Specifically, they recommended I check online for a coupon to help with the the cost of my bill. They also let me know the best way to care for my vehicle to save on future repairs. I will definitely will recommend them and use their services in the future.
Owner is great. Staff is not. They behave chauvinistically (especially towards female customers), do not thoroughly check reported issues until they are pointed directly out to them, and they beg for your patronage back through freebies if you express potentially taking your car elsewhere. Really wish the entire staff was as competent as the owner.
They do really great work and dont try and burn you on over priced repairs . Also they have a great atmosphere and great customer service
I just want to say that Mike at this location has wonderful customer service skills I don’t know much about cars or repair of any kind and mechanics are known to take advantage of a situation like that, I had a wonderful experience here I had a little bit of difficulty and Mike was able to fix it easy Peezy with all the respect one would expect and more. The employees are friendly and nice and knowledgeable. They have a wonderful sale going on right now for oil changes I would definitely recommend this location. Coming from somebody who has been Treated poorly in the past at other car place is this place is a breath of fresh air. Thank you to all the employees here all of your hard work and dedication to wonderful customer service.
