We had a great experience with NW Adventure Rentals! As first time RVers, we were nervous about the hitching and unhitching, backing into camp sites, etc. Jason, Julie, and Brent took such good care of us and really helped put our minds at ease from the thorough initial walkthrough to some over-the-phone assistance during the rental, to the return process. We would absolutely rent from them again.

This is the second year we have rented from NW Adventure Rentals. A fantastic, family-run outfit, with the kindest, most knowledgeable people you will ever meet. Our 28 foot Airstream was impeccably clean and well outfitted. We will be renting from them next year as well for sure!
After speaking to management, they did the right thing. I appreciate the time Greg took to call and apologize for the issue I had. I will consider using them in the future as I now know they stand by what they say. Merry Christmas
Northwest RV rentals is the only place I will ever rent a RV from. First of all the customer service is top of the line. I think we have been going here for five or six years now! It’s like pulling up and seeing family They take their time explaining everything and answer all our questions. They are the best!
We are so glad we found this rental place! Book it far in advance to get the trailer you really want. Customer service is top notch. We’ve rented from them already 4 times and it was always a great experience.
