UPDATED 2-9.2021 After purchasing a luxury item, their sales and management department managed to mess up the entire process. To be clear there are failures on the delivery, install, included manuals and documentation, repairs and follow up, missing pieces at delivery and at initial repair. I will forever have a bad taste and recommend any all people AVOID Rich's. This doesn't fall to just the Tacoma branch but also to their Lynnwood office where they schedule their service from. For over a month I have been waiting for their service department call and confirm a time. I was given a 1 hour window, even though they are over an hour away. I informed them they will need to bring two people as the entire Wellness Spa has to be resided, new top, and the remainder of the stairs installed. It is a down hill hike of approximately 100 yards. Nearing the end of the arrival window I receive a call that only 1 person is coming, has a bad back and is in Lynwood. It's raining, the traffic is horrible and I have wasted an entire day already. Yet here I wait. I spent 30 mins on the phone with the Manufacturer, because they provided the completely wrong manuals. I have spent countless hours trying to facilitate and coordinate delivery, install, repair and replacement. Taken time off of work yet still I am unable to get a timely response or even a single apology and we will make it up to you. **** UPDATE**** 2/9/2021 TO THIS DAY, THIS HAS NOT BEEN SATISFIED, MANAGEMENT BOTH OLD, NEW SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS FAILED TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE SIDING. REPAIR WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN NOV. LAST CONTACT WAS IN SEPTEMBER 2020. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM RICH'S TACOMA OR LYNNWOOD

Customer service was nice, although I bit hard to get in touch with our salesman after the fact. They are not cheap, which was a rude awakening for me, but they also do not force high pressure sales which is nice. If you hate the used car salesman vibe but are willing to spend money then this is the place to go. Once my item is installed and I have had it for a few months then we will see about revising the review. Hopefully to 5 stars.
