Do not waste your time with Robert Half. They seem professional enough, but I have only heard from them three times since meeting with them in February of 2020. The job offers they sent were either very far away (30 miles), extremely short term, or offered pay that was laughably insulting. I'm a 20 year professional who has worked in the corporate world and film industry, and yet they sent me info on a job that payed less than minimum wage. You will have better luck applying to various companies directly. Don't bother with Rober Half!

In the past I had always had a good experience with Robert Half. However, earlier this year while seeking a more permanent job opportunity I received several email threads that had been forwarded to me and included emails containing other candidates' personal contact information and pay scales. Once I had reported this to the company they ceased to continue contacting me for job openings. They are a good company and have opened many doors for me in the past, but this time around the professionalism was sadly lacking throughout my communication(s) with them.
I was reached out by Ashika she was very friendly and seemed to want to help me find a job fast. I applied they ran my background(which took forever) and then didn’t hear anything for a couple weeks after I received the email saying they had ran my background. Then Ashika reached out to me and said she had JUST gotten the results back. She said she would love for me the team so I did and then nothing again. She emailed me saying she hadn’t heard back and I said it’s because I hadn’t received any notification that she did try reaching out to me and then she never responded. Overall, she was awful at getting back to me and was NO HELP at all in helping me find a job.
My experience with Robert Half, aka Office Team, deserves absolutely NO stars, but in order to post this review, I was forced to give them one star, but it is seriously in protest! I signed up at the Lynnwood office the later part of July and only heard from them one time. It was for a one day job moving books around, with a dolly, for a school that was opening soon. The wage offered was far below my requirement. In no way shape or form did that match my resume of what I was looking for. I went through all the trouble of specifically telling my ecruiter\ that I was only interested in assignments that were 3 days or more and specifically a temp to hire position. My background and skill set are administrative (e.g. data entry, MS skills, etc.) There is nothing on my resume that lists labor as a position I was interested in. After I declined the 1 day assignment, I have not heard anything from them. The only assistance they provide in your job search is to \check their website.\ I don't know what has happened to Robert Half. I have used them in the past and they were absolutely awesome. Now they just suck.
Robert Half fails to comply with the CAN-SPAM act. Recruiter Patty Fernandez will not stop sending e-mails after I have told her to stop.
