House and garage and all concrete surfaces cleaned nicely. Roof treatment took a couple of months to produce complete results, after the fall rains started washing dead moss growth away. Something to be aware of: Because house (apart from roof) cleaning is done from ground level, upper floor window sills and mossy roofs of covered ground-level doorways were not able to be cleaned. But overall a satisfactory job.

This company was great from the start! We needed someone to wash our house (including windows, gutters, etc.) and wanted someone to come out the same week. They got right back to me with an estimate and answered all my questions. Their estimate was fair and we hired them. The two guys that came out were awesome. They were early which I LOVE and walked around the house with us explaining their process and we expressed concern for a few areas we were worried about. They finished in less then 2 hours and the house looked great!!!!!! We were super happy. They even washed under our awning which was a really nice surprise!!!!! They were concerned about our camera getting damaged and covered it for us. I had also forgotten about a flag that was close to the house and they removed it so it wouldn't be damaged and then replaced it when they were done. These types of things are above and beyond in my opinion! He also pointed out some fascia boards that need replacing, he did that out of kindness. He can't fix them or wasn't selling anything but he wanted us to know so it doesn't get worse. I appreciated that because we had no idea. This company was great and we will be using them yearly! Our house is so clean now and we are super impressed!!!!
They did an amazing job on all of the pressure washing. My driveway and walkway looked amazing. I would highly recommend them and did to a friend! Well worth it!
I thought we needed to paint our building but Sparkle Wash made it look like it was freshly painted and sparkling...thanks!
