We were accused of using a machine without paying because they said the machine we were using can only be activated by an employee, so they assumed we had only pressed the start button and that it had just magically started for us. Well, we did pay and the evidence for that fact was overwhelming. We even had a witness. A man washing two machines over vouched for us. One of the employees came over and opened up the coin tray and saw that it had exactly the amount required to start the machine, which was 16 dollars in quarters and said to us and to her coworker who was standing behind her “these coins are from yesterday” then she dumped them into a white bucket and immediately whisked them away to the back of the laundromat to stash them in their little coin vault, I guess. How in the world could she look at the quarters and immediately tell that they were from yesterday. Another thing is that they have no sign indicating that an employee must help to start the machine, which I pointed out to them repeatedly, never receiving any answer to that very logical question. Anyway, long story short, we won’t ever be returning. They actually had the audacity to trespass us because we confronted them and told them they were wrong for accusing us without any evidence. So far as we know they never did check the cameras, although they told us they were going to do that and I requested that they do that several times. Their machines are overpriced and their customer service was atrocious. We were treated as criminals from the beginning. Guilty until proven innocent. I would recommend as an alternative going to Washwork Coin Laundry in Lynnwood at the corner of 212th Street S.W. And 52nd Avenue West. Their machines are newer cleaner work better and the best thing of all is that there aren’t any employees floating around to falsely accuse you of not paying to use a machine.

The staff here is incredibly helpful and very kind! Machines are very well maintained and the areas are kept nice n' tidy. I'm here at 4 on a Wednesday and it's very pleasant.
