The nurses treated me absolutely amazing. I am still quite young and they were there for me through all of my anxiety I was having. Every issue I had they helped me through and made sure I was comfortable and felt perfectly fine. I would highly recommend!

Staff is great and doctors are pleasant. I had no poor interactions in person. Then... there's billing. Fairly professional over the phone and not too long a wait but there is clearly no goal of saving the customer anything. The classic US medical billing system will just sting you in the rear about 90 days after you go and this is even if you think you communicated with insurance and them. I knew that a friend from out of country had some ridiculous bills but I thought having Premera insurance would help. Nope. Frankly, won't be returning.

Highly recommended facility!! The medical staff is organized and confidence inspiring. I really love this location for their primary care providers. The all stars have to be Dr.Shenoy and Dr.Peng, but I wouldn't be opposed to seeing an alternate provider in a pinch. General experience: I have never been rushed by any of the providers. They are always thorough in their examination and take their time to explain and address all my concerns. Another big plus is their quick response time to mychart messages as well as refill requests and from my pharmacy. Big perks: - I have never once to sit in a phone que to speak to someone. - The billing department is godly. They clearly mark out costs on my bill and waive certain fees. - Providers are savvy about care to cost and what is and isn't covered and explain care options. - The have a lab and x-ray on site. - Easy to get to location with plenty of parking. - If you need specialty care you can just be seen within a VM network, dermatology, sport medicine etc.. this keeps all your records and billing in one place. I really think Virginia Mason offers significant value over its competitors.

For some reason i never get my bills sent or emailed to me. later ill get notices left and right from bill collectors stating i owe money to VM. wow i never got a letter or phone call. so i did call virgina mason and my address is up to date, my phone number is also up to date yet no one could tell me why i wasnt getting any bills. they just felt like they had to send it to collections first.

Cant swallow food or keep food down eosinophilic esophagitis.Short Version they schedule me out for 1 month and a half i ask what should i do because i cannot eat and im constantly dehydrated because i throw up water and food.Give me run around and will not help me.Only office in washington that has refused to help a patient that i know of.There version is i spend every day in ER.
