Extremely Slow. Its been 20 minutes since I was notified via SMS that my online order was ready but Im still sitting here waiting and this is the second time in a row this has happened. Stop playing games with the wait times. Unacceptable!!!
I love their plates; however, my order was given to the wrong person and I still had to wait for my order as other customers came in to place an order. They wanted to go get the order that was mine from the customer who took it and just give it to me 5mins after he had taken it.
