The catalytic converter was stolen off of one of our box trucks. I called this place to schedule an estimate. I specifically told them I wanted to schedule an appointment time so that I would not have to pay one of my employees to sit there for an extended period of time. They agreed and said it would not be a problem. I gave them all of the truck information, even the VIN, and explained the issue in great detail. My employee arrived at the appointment and waited from 8:30am to 11:43am until finally after I called three times I received a response. They told me they could not do it because \they did not know how old the truck was\ which was told to them on the phone initially. Going here was a complete waste of time and money. Even after all of that, the technician still tried to upsell me on irrelevant maintenance. Do not go here.

Prices are outrageous! I was billed 79 to tell me my battery did not work which I already knew that. Over 1k for brakes on a 2015 Ford Fusion. Westfield Ford would’ve checked my car and not billed me for that. My mistake for thinking all Ford dealer service are the same. Drive the extra mile or two and go to Westfield Ford.
