Made the mistake of sending my mom to get a new battery for her car here, it took them over 2 hours to replace it, it should of took 15 minutes max, then they left loose bolts and could not fully close the hood, they said if any issues to bring it back, as you know there is no waiting room at AutoZone, and having an older woman stand in the parking lot for over two hours and leaving her car in unsafe to drive is just not right.
They had the car battery I needed at a reasonable price.
Rude , very rude don't want to listen to customer. Treat you like if your bothering them.
This Auto Zone location has by far exceeded any other in customer service Thanks to the wonderful Ms Tasha who went above and beyond quickly stepped into action to find the battery I needed because it wasn’t in system then She installed it for me without me having to ask I’ve bought other battery’s at other stores I usually bring it home and have my spouse install it then I have to go back to get the core deposit. She seriously made my day because I had never changed a battery But I was determined to figure it out “I know sadly I’ve always relied on others” but I took a crash course with her today Thank you so much Tasha today you where truly a blessing to me in a time on need! May others learn from you because you set the bar high lady.
