Oak Creek homes has the highest quality manufactured homes I’ve ever seen. They are absolutely gorgeous! Textured walls? Granite? They really changed the whole Perception of what manufactured homes are. I have been working with Millie and she makes you feel so calm, so welcomed. She’s not up in your face, talking fast. She takes time to explain things from all angles. Best experience ever.

Millie was a pleasure to meet, she is very knowledgeable in the homes they sell and had great knowledge as to what we were looking for. She provided great customer service and provided photos and pricing to suit our needs. I do not like pushy sales people, and she is not, she listened to what I wanted and suggested how we might proceed. Great job provided by her, she is an asset to your company!
My experience at Oak Creek Homes with Milly was a wonderful experience with no rush what so ever. The homes at oak creek are beautiful and after do diligence my wife and I have come to an agreement these homes are built in the best manner possible. I wasn’t real sure about what to expect from Oak Creek. I, like most people, dislike being made to feel as though t’m being pushed into buying now. My past experiences have pretty much been the same when making a “major” purchase, you walk in and the first thing you’re asked to do is fill out paperwork, they want your financials, your personal information. I’m happy to say this did not happen today. My husband and I weren’t being “dazzled” the whole time we were viewing the homes on the lot. All our of questions were answered, personal experiences were shared by Debbie, her home is one of their models. After we toured the home’s, we were asked what we thought, what we liked and didn’t like. I explained we are not in a rush, we want to take our time so there are no “I wish we would haves” after we’ve made our purchase. Again we were not pushed to rush and decide, we weren’t told well prices will be changing, don’t know if I’ll be able to get this one in again, etc. Instead it was call, text, email or stop by anytime you like. We were pleasantly surprised. I most definitely will recommend Oak Creek to anyone looking to purchase a manufactured home.
