My experience dealing with M&L imports I was a little skeptical when purchasing a new car because of previous experiences I’ve had in the past dealing with shady dealerships... I looked online and found a 2006 Chevy Monte Carlo which I fell in love with by the looks of the pictures. I put in an application expecting that I more than likely would get denied due to my poor credit history. Marcos reached out to me and assured me that he would work with me and get me in the car I wanted. I Came to the dealership two days later and they still had the car I wanted. I test drove it... did my minor inspections on the car and I didn’t see any signs of mechanical neglect. Under the hood was clean and i purchased my own car fax which matched the car report they gave me for free. Marcos got me approved for my car and also got me a warranty which covered 48,000 miles with a low car note, even less that what I told him I was willing to pay. I have had the car for about 4 months now and til this day NO PROBLEMS... i just got hired at a new job which I will be raking in some good money and I will be coming right back to Marcos to get my next car. Get down to M&L and see Marcos you WILL NOT be disappointed...
Unfortunately these guys are scam artists! We have filled a law suit against M&L Imports, and I am happy to inform that Attorney General and Illinois Commerce Commission also have joined that law suit.
I was in such a dyer need for a new vehicle and the day I walked into M&L Imports i left the lot with the exact car I wanted. I was serviced by Mike and he made sure that I was 100% happy with the car I left the lot with that day! Everything was done in a timely manner and I didn’t have to wait around all day for the approval process. Mike made sure that I fully understood everything and that I was comfortable with my decision! He even went the extra mile to work out deals for me! I will definitely be coming back in November for my upgrade car and will most definitely be referring other family and friends to M&L Imports! Go in and ask for Mike & I promise you won’t be disappointed!
M&L Imports are the epitome of what a good quality dealership should be. They go above and beyond tom make sure you are satisfied with not only your vehicle but the terms of your loan as well. They will work with you to make sure you leave with a vehicle i speak not only from word of mouth but more importantly from personal experience.
Brought I used 2005 Grand Prix in March of 2011. And is still using the car as of January 2019. I can literally say over all these years I’ve only had to put 2,000 back into it. Will be back again this year for something newer. EDIT: Forgot they told me I was approved over the phone. So take extra money.
This place is Awesome. I recommend any looking to purchase a car to come here. The salesman Chase was so determined to get me in a car. He had to do a magic trick to get me a vehicle. It was a long day, but at the end of the day. Chase did his job. I ended up leaving with a BMW 5 Series 535I... All Luxury. Thank you M and L Imports. I will be sending more customers your way. And I will most definitely come back here for anymore vehicles I purchase. They are Straight Up and Honest with you. No Bs'n...... They care about the satisfaction of their Customers. I needed a car asap. I got turn away from the lowest of car lots. But when I called mike. He assured me I will drive that day. And that I did!! Mike made sure I got a car I loved not just need!!! He did EXACTLY what he said he would. The owners here are amazing as well. Mike wanted to have my truck double checked before leaving the lot...and the owners gave me a loaner for the weekend until they looked over my new truck..(just came in on the lot). The customer service here was absolutely amazing from my salesman mike to the owners. I would recommend anyone in need of a car burned some help....go here!!! They actually care about their customers!!!!
