M&R glass went above and beyond for us. We had a couple of break-ins and our store front windows were destroyed. Robert, quickly and effectively addressed our concerns and timely completed the job. I find the reviews to be very wrong as our experience with M&R Glass was very professional.

Ordered a mirror and said they would have it ready since yesterday. Spoke to Robert today and told him my husband would pick up at 4. My husband had been calling him and he just declines the calls. Plus the address on google maps is not updated so it sends you somewhere else. All I can say not a reliable company. Very unprofessional!

I should have read the reviews of this company. I cannot believe i had the same experience. Poor craftsmanship, poor service, and if you go with them, add another four weeks to your project. They broke one of our windows during installation, and refused to replace it. How do they continue to provide low, low quality work and still stay in business? oh, yeah. I should have read the reviews.
