I own a c. 1919 Mason & Hamlin Model \A\ grand that was totally rebuilt in 1996. Morgan has been tuning my piano exclusively for the past 6 years, here in Lincoln, and gives it \velvet glove\ treatment as if it were his own piano. He's advised me of any minor adjustments he's had to make at a given tuning and I trust his knowledge and integrity. He has a very keen ear. He's a semi-professionally trained pianist as well, and understands the issues pianists have with their instruments. Morgan always arrives as scheduled; if he's going to run late due to a tuning prior to mine---which doesn't happen often, he always calls and let's me know when he'll arrive. He's always professional, conscientious, casually and neatly dressed, and goes right to work. I highly recommend him without reservation.

I can't use enough superlatives for Mr. Cowell. As a professional musician who depends on my instruments to make a living, I have had many piano tuners and technicians over the years. Morgan is the best of them by far. His knowledge is immense and skills are the best in the midwest. He has done repairs, improvements, and tuning for us. All of his work is of the highest standards and his prices are more than reasonable. He has never let me down and never steered me wrong. He is in a class by himself.
About a year ago, I purchased a pre-owned piano that needed more maintenance than expected. Morgan has visited about 4 different times to fix some recurring issues and I'm happy to say that the instrument is finally up and running! He is an absolutely professional technician and understands the limited budget of musicians like me. My piano had a faulty pedal mechanism which was a complete headache for months and his team rebuilt the entire system at their shop. I totally recommend him to all of my musician friends!
I'm a music teacher and Morgan has come to service our piano for a few years now. Morgan always does a good job and can repair just about anything on the instrument. He's always professional and is really quick to schedule an appointment. Would highly recommend to anyone needing piano repairs or tuning!
I cannot say enough good things about Morgan. His service was at the highest level I could ask for with regards to professionalism, friendliness, knowledge of pianos/tuning/music, and I am thoroughly pleased with how my piano sounds. He allowed me to watch him tune my VERY old (1800's) piano, talking to me and answering all my silly questions about what he was doing. He had all needed tools/supplies with him (had to replace one string), and used a super cool, quite sophistocated app on his phone to ensure my piano was tuned perfectly before he left. He gave me a GREAT rate as a first-time customer, and was such a friendly, pleasant person. He gave me all kinds of information about the manufacturer and history of my particular piano, and didn't seem annoyed at all with my \lurking\ over his shoulder as he worked. I would highly recommend him, and will be a repeat customer in the future for sure.
